Observed two avalanches on Second Bowl ridge line.
1) A natural avalanche (appeared naturally triggered) on West aspect ridge of Second Bowl. Large, deep slab
avalanche down to rocks. Avalanche was across entire mountain face. Observed from a distance.
2) A natural avalanche on NW aspect upper ridge, ~ 200′ below Seattle Ridge weather station. ~ 30′ across,
~2-3′ deep. ~ 30 vertical feet. Wind loading was evident.
