Route & General Observations

Standard Tincan trees up track to 2350′, below common bowl. Checking out surface conditions, looking for buried surface hoar, and evaluating new old interfaces.

Snow surface

New snow from the road to our high point, increasing constantly as our elevation increased. Totally 1"-5" new.
No noticeable wind effect in our tour.

Snowpack

Found the consistent melt-freeze interface on the ground beneath a generally right-side up snowpack from the road to 2350'. No notable pit results in layers we have been tracking in other areas.
