Skiid on Tincan today. The snow was good down to the bottom of the tree runs. At around 1 p.m. the heavy snow broke into sunny skies and I toured to the top. As I was cresting the ridge I saw a decent size avalanche rip out on hippy bowl.

I was breaking trail up Tincan and just crested the ridge in time to see this one break. The rubble moved for what seemed like a long time.
Heavy snow cleared to sunshine by around 1 p.m. There were very strong winds above the trees.
Winded effected on many aspects but soft and sweet on west sides and in the trees.
