Weather

-5 Fahrenheit at the parking lot. Blue bird

Snow surface

Observed the same as the Avy 1 class. Once out of the trees- observed ripples. at Tincan ridge the snow was more wind affected but not hard.

Snowpack

Observed ~120 cm Snow depth. Bottom up - melt freeze at bottom ~ P hardness, 1 F hardness ~105 cm, 4 F hardness ~15 cm. ECTX, STN
