Overall our tests showed poor structure but good to fair stability. Our layer of concern was January facets.
The snow depth ranged from 70cm-135cm (at our high point of 2600')
Multiple hand shears consistently indicated the top of the January facets ↓30-40cm from the surface at Fist hardness. The snow just above these facets was 1F hardness in all locations.
We found the "Leap day" buried surface hoar ↓15cm in many wind protected locations, including our testpit. The BSH was surrounded by Fist hard decomposing fragments and nonreactive in tests.
No sign of the melt freeze crust from 2/18.

Non wind-exposed areas held good quality skiing
