We toured up standard up-track to 1920′ adjacent to the creek to dig a snow pit.

We found buried surface hoar down 41 cm over crust. Compression test results on this reactive weak layer was CTV (SP), CT10 (BRK) and CT2 (BRK). See snow pit for complex bottom layers.
