Toured up Hatcher Pass road toward pass.

Clear skies, no precipitation, light NW winds, -11 Celcius

Snow surface

Observed textured snow surface, wind effected variable surface conditions, wind slab to wind board.

Snowpack

Dug three pits with variable depths 55-70 cm. Structure consisted of thin 1 finger wind slabs above fist hard facets above fist-4 finger (3-5mm) depth hoar.

ECTP 9 Q2 on fist depth hoar
