Several small collapses under a melt freeze crust @ 2300'
Calm winds, broken skies, temperatures in the 30s. No precip in the am followed by moderate snowfall above 2500' at 3pm.
Melt freeze crust with a thin layer of new snow on top in the morning. In the afternoon new snow on top had been melted from 2000-2500'
2000-2500' Mostly supportable melt freeze layer just below the surface 5-10cm thick.
2500-3500' Variable snowpack depth and structure. We dug a pit at 3150' that had high strength, no propagation, but poor structure.
