Avalanche Details

Intentional, ski cut triggered wind slab on a slope convexity. Crown ranged from 3"-8" and ran ~800-900ft downslope.

Gusts up to 30mph the night before, wind was minimal all day, ~5mph

Snow surface

Snow surface ranged from breakable wind crust to puddles of grandma skin. Scoured on windward aspects (E winds) and significant deposition lee, cross slope.

No snow pits dug.
