Observation: Hatcher Pass
Location: Microdot
Toured up normal microdot skin track. Variable snow depth on the ridge from 6 inches to 1.5 feet on old wind crust. Little evidence of wind transport overnight, I skied the same run yesterday. No wind. No shooting cracks or settling. Great powder skiing.
Observed an approximately 2 day old 1.5ft crown on the steep NW face, below the true summit of Microdot. Natural, D2-R2
