Route & General Observations

Skinned lookers left towards the ridge above treeline. 3500. Visibility was bad.
Good new snow. Between 20 – 30 cms ski penetration while opening track.
A few wind crusts under the new snow and a cornice near the summit.

Obscured Sky. Clouds coming in and out. Poor visibility.
AT: -4º C. Light snow/flurries fall. Light winds from the East. Every once in a while a gust from South.

New snow all around.

Slope Angle: 37º
CT11 @ 23 cm down
ECTP11 @ 23 cm down

Unable to identify type of grain, but looked like a soft layer on top a possible wind slab.
