Observation: Turnagain
Location: magnum/corn biscuit headwall
Near the top of the headwall that connects corn biscuit and magnum our group
heard and felt a large collapse. An avalanche fractured out a little above our
leader who was carried about 50 feet down the slope in the slide. Slope angle
approximately 40 degrees, fracture line about 2 feet at the deepest.
The light was too flat for it to show up in the photo, but I tried to draw it
in.
