Jan 24: near freezing, light winds below treeline, some light snow. Broken clouds and beautiful light.
Jan 25: near freezing temps, moderate N wind at treeline, light snow, raining at the road. Broken clouds and nice light overall.
Both days were similar with smooth new snow. Wet and lumping at road level. Dry snow and great skiing at 2,000 feet.
Jan 24 Pit 1: on Tincan from Center Parking: We found similar snowpack as Brooke Edwards. At 1,500 feet on a 17-degree SW aspect we found 140cm total with these results:

Jan 24 Pit 2:At 1,500 feet on a 24-degree WNW aspect we found 145cm total with these results:

Jan 25 Pit 3: at Lipps Trees at 1600 feet on a 28-degree slope with a NNW aspect we found 120cm total snow with these results:

CT25PC at 70cm on the Dec 15 layer, but we didn't see any surface hoar

Jan 25 Pit 4: On Lipps, near the entrance to Spokane Creek valley, at 1,900 feet on a 22-degree slope with a South aspect we found 115cm total snow with these results:
