Location: ANC/ER Front Range
Skied/traveled through a variety of aspects and elevations up to about 7000 ft around Anchorage and Eklutna over the weekend. Widespread large, rumbling wet loose avalanches on solar aspects on Friday. Did not observe these large loose avalanches to step down and trigger slabs. Did not see any recent slab avalanches or signs of instability in the dry snow. Cold, dry, wintery snow on north aspects.
