Nothing huge, recent slides on steep-sun soaked rock faces/cliffs. A lot of the Seattle Creek Headwall has slid. Did see a fairly recent slide in -1 Bowl, NE aspect. Saw some roller balls on heavily sun effected areas. Boot penetration was roughly 4 inches for most of the day. Around 3:00 or 4:00 started getting knee deep boot penetration. Was cautious of wind slabs all day, but never really saw evidence. Dropped some mini-cornices with no consequence.
Bluebird, calm wind, 40-45F
Uptrack and ridge still frozen at 11:30, snow started to soften up around 1:00. Freeze-thaw crust varied from 2” to 4” thick. Still great powder stashes around 2800’ and up.
No formal pits, snow depth was 260-280 cm in Main Bowl. Good overall coverage.
