Route & General Observations

Skied a north and south facing chute on the Wedge via Powerline Pass Valley then Ship Lake Pass.

Most notable was a natural D3 slab avalanche that likely released earlier in the day. It was at 3,500 ft on north facing terrain above Green Lake. Crown depth ~ 3 to 4 ft. Looks like it slid near the ground. Picture attached.

3 inches of heavy wet storm snow at 4k with little windloading. North facing terrain up to 4k is transitioning to spring.
