Weather & Snow Characteristics
Please provide details to help us determine the weather and snowpack during the time this observation took place.
Weather

Sunny and warm. No wind.

Snow surface

Snow seemed to be warming up, was sticking to our skins some and felt "heavy" from saturation above treeline. Sluffing was a little heavier than previous days tracks but was not propagating nor becoming an issue. Generally a mix of all of the snow types.

Snowpack

Dug a pit just above yesterday's pit #2, around 2550. ECTP 7 on the Valentine's Day crust-no other propagation was triggered
